Lessons focused on comparing and distinguishing precedent, legal analysis, the IRAC method, writing an inter-office memorandum, and an appellate brief.
Introduction to U.S. Legal Education
Lessons focused on the Socratic method, writing case briefs, answering hypothetical questions, issue spotting on final exams, and applying to U.S. law schools.
